Introduction: psychological factors are among importants factors which lead in different interactions to stress and they can be the basis for several disease, including diabetes. One of the factors which has appealed attentions in recent centuries, is the aproroach of people on the events or the point of constrain. Therefore, the present study aims to compare the constrain points of type-2 diabetic patients and healty people.

 

Methodology: Present study is of causal – comparative type. Statistical society include of all individuals with diabetes 2 and normal individuals in Shahrekord city. Research sampling include 100 (50 patients with diabetes 2 and 50 normal individuals) that sampling by available sampling method. Used instrument is Levinson locus of control questionnaire.

 

Results: Result indicated there were significantly different in internal locus of control (f=8/64, p=0/006) between two group (patients with diabetes 2 and normal individuals). Also there were significantly different in external locus of control (f=19/08, p=0/001) between two group. 

 

Conclusion: The results of the Study show the extroversion of contrain point of diabetic patients, because of many health problems.
