fa معنویت، سلامت روان و نقش مراقبتی والدین کودکان مبتلا به دیابت Spirituality, Mental Health, and the Caregiving Role of Parents of Children with Diabetes طرح برای مراقبت از پای دیابتی Care plan for diabetic foot پژوهشي Research مقدمه: تشخیص دیابت فرزند با بروز واکنش های روانی مختلفی در والدین همراه است. با توجه به تاثیر گذاری معنویت بعنوان یک منبع قدرتمند و امیدوار کننده برای والدین و اینکه در کودکان مراقبت از خود بدون مشارکت مستقیم والدین دشوار است. این مطالعه مروری به بررسی معنویت، سلامت روان و نقش مراقبتی والدین کودکان مبتلا به دیابت پرداخته است. هدف: در این مطالعه ی مروری جستجوی پیشرفته با عملگرهای ( AND و OR ) و با ترکیبی از واژه های «Spirituality» ، «Father or Mother» ، «Parents» «Children» ، «Type 1 diabetes» ، «Mental health»  «Caring role» در پایگاه های داده  Scopus،  Web of Science، Google Scholar، PubMed، Science Direct، Cochrane Library، Evidence Based Nursing  در بازه زمانی 2020 تا 2025 انجام شد. معیاری که برای انتخاب مقالات استفاده گردید، هم خوانی موضوع تحقیقات با مطالعه مروری حاضر  و فارسی یا انگلیسی زبان بودن آنها بود. همه انواع مطالعات بجز مطالعات مروری مرتبط در مطالعه شرکت داده شدند. تعداد 90 مقاله انتخاب شدند و سپس چکیده این مقالات مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند و 70 مقاله غیر مرتبط با موضوع حذف شدند. سپس از بین 20 مقاله باقیمانده، 5 مقاله باقیماند. معیارهای خروج ارتباط کم با متغیرهای اصلی پژوهش (معنویت ، سلامت روان، نقش مراقبتی والدین کودکان دیابتی) تکراری بود و ناتوانی در دسترسی به متن کامل مقالات بود. یافته ها: از 5 مقاله مورد بررسی یک مقاله فارسی و بقیه انگلیسی زبان بودند. 2 مقاله از ایران و بقیه از کشورهای مصر، اسپانیا و ترکیه بودند. 2 مقاله نوع مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی و بقیه توصیفی و مقطعی داشتند. نتایج این مطالعات در زمینه ارتباط معنویت، سلامت روان و نحوه ایفاء نقش مراقبتی مادران کودکان دیابتی متفاوت بود.   نتیجه گیری: بررسی مطالعات مروری در زمینه ارتباط متغیرهای معنویت و حالات روحی مادران کودکان دیابتی نتایج متفاوتی را نشان داد. ضمن اینکه ارتباط بین این متغیرها به نحوه مراقبت از فرزندانشان نیز در مطالعات مختلف متفاوت گزارش شد.  احتمالا تفاوت در جامعه و محیط پژوهش یا تفاوتهای فرهنگی و محتوای آموزشی بکار گرفته شده در کسب این نتیجه متفاوت تاثیر گذار بوده است. ضمن اینکه احتمال دارید دلیل عدم مشاهده ارتباط معنی دار بدلیل نیاز مادران تحت مطالعه به حمایت بیشتر و همه جانبه تر بوده است. از دید محقق این تفاوتها مطرح کننده ضرورت انجام مطالعات بیشتر در این زمینه می باشد.  <qb-div data-qb-element="re-enable-flow" style="z-index: 2147483647; max-width: 1px; max-height: 1px; box-sizing: border-box; position: fixed; top: 10px; right: 10px;"> <div><qb-div></qb-div></div> </qb-div> Abstract Introduction: The diagnosis of diabetes in a child is accompanied by various psychological reactions in parents. Given the influence of spirituality as a powerful and hopeful resource for parents, and the fact that self-care in children is difficult without the direct involvement of parents, this review study examines spirituality, mental health, and the caregiving role of parents of children with diabetes. Objective: In this review study, an advanced search was conducted using the operators (AND, OR) and a combination of the keywords "Spirituality," "Father or Mother," "Parents," "Children," "Type 1 diabetes," "Mental health," and "Caring role" in the databases Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, PubMed, Science Direct, Cochrane Library, and Evidence-Based Nursing, within the timeframe of 2020 to 2025. The criteria for selecting articles were their relevance to the current review topic and their publication in either Persian or English. All types of studies except related review studies were included. A total of 90 articles were selected, and their abstracts were reviewed, leading to the exclusion of 70 articles that were unrelated to the topic. From the remaining 20 articles, 5 articles were ultimately included. Exclusion criteria included low relevance to the main research variables (spirituality, mental health, caregiving role of parents of children with diabetes), duplication, and inability to access the full text. Results: Of the 5 reviewed articles, one was in Persian and the rest were in English. Two articles were from Iran, and the others were from Egypt, Spain, and Turkey. Two articles were clinical trials, while the others were descriptive and cross-sectional. The results of these studies regarding the relationship between spirituality, mental health, and how mothers of children with diabetes fulfill their caregiving role were varied. Conclusion: The review of studies in the field of the relationship between spirituality and the psychological states of mothers of children with diabetes showed mixed results. Furthermore, the relationship between these variables and how they care for their children was also reported differently across studies. These differences are likely influenced by variations in the study population and environment, cultural differences, and the educational content employed. It is also possible that the lack of a significant observed relationship is due to the need for more comprehensive support for the mothers under study.
