fa تأثیر مداخلات خانواده محور بر خانواده‌هایی دارای کودکان مبتلا به دیابت نوع 1: یک مرور سیستماتیک پرستاری دیابت در بیمارستان Diabetic nursing in Hospital مروری Review of Article <span style="font-family:IRANyekan;">مقدمه و هدف: دیابت یک بیماری مزمن است که نیاز به مدیریت و حمایت مستمر دارد، به ویژه در خانواده هایی که فرزندانشان تحت تأثیر این بیماری قرار دارند. هدف این بررسی سیستماتیک تأثیر مداخلات خانواده محور بر خانواده‌هایی است که دارای کودکانی با بیماری دیابت نوع یک هستند.<br> مواد و روش ها: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه مروری هدفمند و یکپارچه می باشد. در ابتدا یک جستجوی جامع با کلمات کلیدی مداخله، دیابت، کودک، خانواده در پایگاه‌های داده الکترونیکی PubMed، Google Scholar, springer و &nbsp;Science Directبرای شناسایی مطالعات مرتبط منتشر شده بین سال‌های 2010 و 2024 انجام شد. مطالعاتی که در مورد تأثیر مداخلات خانواده محور بر خانواده‌های دارای فرزندان مبتلا به دیابت نوع یک بودند، وارد مطالعه شدند. دراین جستجوی مروری در مجموع نتایج 8 مطالعه که معیارهای ورود را داشتند تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.<span style="font-family:"B Nazanin"" lang="FA"></span><br> یافته ها: نتایج جستجوی اولیه شامل 100مقاله بود که با بررسی جزیی تر با توجه به هدف پژوهش حاضر حدود 8 مقاله انتخاب شدند. اکثر مقالات مداخله محور بودند. یافته های این مقالات نشان داده است که مداخلات خانواده محور می‌تواند تأثیر قابل‌توجهی بر مدیریت دیابت در خانواده‌ها داشته باشد که منجر به بهبود پیروی از رژیم‌های درمانی، کنترل بهتر قند خون و افزایش کیفیت زندگی برای کودکان و والدین می‌شود. با این حال، نیاز به تحقیقات بیشتر برای کشف مکانیسم هایی وجود دارد که از طریق آن مداخلات خانواده محور بر تغییر رفتار در خانواده هایی که دارای کودکان دیابتی هستند، میتواند تأثیر مثبتی داشته باشد.<br> نتیجه گیری: این بررسی بر اهمیت گنجاندن تکنیک‌های خانواده محور در مداخلات با هدف حمایت از خانواده‌های دارای کودکان مبتلا به دیابت نوع یک تأکید می‌کند.</span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Introduction:</span></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> Diabetes is a chronic disease that requires continuous management and support, particularly in families with children affected by this condition. This systematic review aims to evaluate the impact of family-centered interventions on families with children diagnosed with type I diabetes.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Materials and Methods</span></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">: This study employed a targeted and integrated review methodology. A comprehensive search was conducted using the keywords &quot;Intervention,&quot; &quot;Diabetes,&quot; &quot;Child,&quot; and &quot;Family&quot; in electronic databases, including PubMed, Google Scholar, Springer, and ScienceDirect, to identify relevant studies published between 2010 and 2024. Studies focusing on the effects of family-centered interventions on families with children living with type 1 diabetes were included. In total, the results of eight studies that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed in this review.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Results:</span></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> The initial search yielded 100 articles. However, after a detailed examination aligned with the objectives of this research, eight articles were selected. Most of these articles were intervention-focused. Findings from these studies suggest that family-centered interventions significantly impact diabetes management within families. Reported benefits include improved adherence to treatment regimens, better blood sugar control, and enhanced quality of life for both children and parents.
