<span style="font-family:IRANyekan;">مقدمه و هدف: دیابت شایعترین بیماری ناشی از اختلالات متابولیسمی است. دیابت جریان منظم زندگی را مختل می­کند و کیفیت زندگی افراد را در ابعاد مختلف تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد. برخی از مداخلات مبتنی بر درمان شناختی رفتاری برای بهبود کیفیت زندگی بیماران دیابتی استفاده شده است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی سیستماتیک و متاآنالیز اثربخشی درمان شناختی –رفتاری در بهبود کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت در ایران انجام شد.<span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"></span><br>
مواد و روش ها: پایگاههای داده خارجی (Google Scholar, PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science) و داخلی (Sid, Magiran) از ابتدا تا بهمن ماه سال 1401 جستجو شدند. مداخلات شناختی رفتاری با طرح پیش­آزمون و پس­آزمون و یک گروه کنترل مراقبت معمولی یا سایر مداخلات روانی اجتماعی مقایسه شد. اثر تفاوت میانگین استاندارد شده با استفاده از مدل اثرات تصادفی و با اطمینان 95% محاسبه شد. خطر سوگیری بر اساس راهنمای کاکرین(Rob) ارزیابی شد. داده­ها با استفاده از نرمافزار RewMan5 تحلیل شدند.<span style="color:black"></span><br>
یافته ها: در مجموع 14 مطالعه شامل 444 بیمار دیابتی در این مطالعه وارد شدند. در مرحله اول جستوجو 504 مقاله یافت گردید. پس از بررسی عنوان مقالات، 465 مقاله به علت غیر مرتبط و تکراری بودن کنار گذاشته شدند و 39 مقاله باقی ماند. درنهایت با بررسی چکیده مقالات و در نظر گرفتن ملاکهای ورود، 14 مطالعه برگزیده شد. در مقایسه با گروه کنترل، اختلاف میانگین استاندارد برای تأثیر CBT بر کیفیت زندگی در پس آزمون دارای اندازه اثر بالایی (SMD = 1.06, 95% CI = [0.63, 1.48]) بود؛ اختلاف میانگین استاندارد برای تأثیر CBT بر کیفیت زندگی در مرحله پیگیری نیز برابر با (SMD = 0.66, 95% CI = [0.34, 0.98]) بود. ناهمگنی بین نتایج مطالعات بالا بود (76 درصد) .اکثر مطالعات دارای خطر سوگیری نامشخص بودند. در سوگیری انتشار فقط یک مطالعه نسبت به بقیه مطالعات خطای بالا و دقت کمتر داشت.<br>
نتیجه گیری: این مطالعه نتایج امیدوارکنندهای را در مورد تأثیر مداخلات روانشناختی بر کیفیت زندگی بهویژه برای مداخلات مبتنی بر CBT نشان داد. غربالگری بیماران مبتلا به دیابت از نظر بیماری­های روانی و مراجعه به متخصص سلامت روان در چارچوب رویکرد چند رشته ای باید در اولویت قرار گیرد.</span>

Some interventions based on cognitive behavioral therapy have been used to improve the QoL of patients with diabetes. This study aimed to systematically review the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in terms of improving the QoL of diabetic patients in Iran.</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Materials and Methods</span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">: </span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">External (Google Scholar, PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science) and internal (SID, Magiran) databases were searched from the inception to February 2023. Cognitive behavioral interventions were compared with pre-test and post-test design and usual care control group or other psychosocial interventions. The standardized mean difference effect was calculated using a random effects model with 95% confidence. The risk of bias was assessed according to Cochrane(Rob). Data was analyzed using RewMan-5 software.</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Results:</span></span></b> <span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">A total of 14 studies involving 444 diabetes patients were included in this study. At the first stage of the search, 504 articles were obtained. After reviewing the title and abstract of the articles, 465 articles were excluded due to being irrelevant and repetitive and 39 articles remained. Finally, 14 studies were selected by reviewing the abstracts of the articles and considering the inclusion criteria. Compared to the control group, the standardized mean difference for the effect of CBT on QoL in posttest was high (SMD = 1.06, 95% CI = [0.63, 1.48]) was obtained; The standard mean difference for the effect of CBT on quality of life in the follow-up phase was also moderate and equal to(SMD = 0.66, 95% CI = [0.34, 0.98]). The heterogeneity between the results</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> of the studies was high (76%). Most of the studies had an unclear risk of bias. <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Conclusion:</span></span></b> <span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">This study shows promising results regarding the effects of psychological interventions on QoL, especially on CBT-based interventions. Screening patients with diabetes for mental health comorbidities and referring to a mental health specialist in the context of a multidisciplinary approach should be a priority.</span></span></span></span></span><br>
