fa خصوصیات دموگرافیک بیماران دیابتی مبتلا به کووید-19 بستری در بیمارستان امیرالمؤمنین زابل در سال 1400 عمومى General پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:IRANyekan;">مقدمه و هدف: دیابت خطر بستری و مرگ و میر COVID-19 را به دلیل عوارض همراه افزایش می‌دهد. هدف از انجام این مطالعه تعیین خصوصیات دموگرافیک بیماران دیابتی مبتلا به کووید-19 بستری در بیمارستان است.<br> &nbsp;روش پژوهش: مطالعه به‌صورت گذشته‌نگر با رویکرد توصیفی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را بیماران دیابتی بستری با تشخیص قطعی کووید-19 در بیمارستان امیرالمؤمنین علی شهر زابل تشکیل دادند (130 نفر). مقطع بررسی از ابتدای فروردین 1400 تا ابتدای فروردین 1401 (یک سال) بود. جمع آوری اطلاعات با مطالعه پرونده بیماران توسط محقق و استفاده از پرسشنامه و چک‌لیست انجام شد.<br> &nbsp;یافته ها: میانگین زمان بستری بابت ابتلا به کووید-19، 5/6 روز (زنان 3/7 و مردان 3/5 روز) بود. میانگین سنی افراد بررسی شده 4/59 سال (زنان 4/58 و مردان 8/60 سال) بود. میانگین BMI بیماران 30/3kg/m2 (زنان 30/9kg/m2 و مردان 29/3kg/m2) بود. در این مدت زمانی 4 بیمار بستری شده فوت کردند (1/3 درصد) که میانگین سنی آنان 74 سال بود. عوارض سیستم قلب و عروق بیشترین فراوانی را در میان بیماران داشت. بیش‌ترین علائم بالینی سرفه و کم‌ترین استفراغ بود.<br> &nbsp;نتیجه گیری: همانگونه که نتایج مطالعه نشان داد بیماران دیابتی که به کووید-19 مبتلا شده بودند ریسک بستری در آن‌ها افزایش پیدا می‌کند و بیشتر دچار عوارض ناشی از بیماری می‌شدند. لذا برنامه ریزان وزارت بهداشت و همچنین پرستاران و پرسنل شاغل در بخش‌های بستری بیماران کووید-19 باید توجه بیشتری نسبت به این بیماران داشته باشند.</span> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="tab-stops:55.35pt center 219.65pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">I</span></span></span></b><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">ntroduction:</span></b> <span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">Diabetes increases the risk of hospitalization and mortality from COVID-19 due to comorbidities. The statistical population of the study (n=130) consisted of diabetic patients hospitalized with a definite diagnosis of COVID-19 at Amirul Moeminin Ali Hospital in Zabol. The survey period was from 21 March 2021 to 21 March 2022 (one year). Data collection was done by reviewing patients&#39; records by the researcher as well as using questionnaires and checklists.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="tab-stops:55.35pt center 219.65pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Results:</span></span></span></b> <span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">The average hospitalization time due to infection with COVID-19 was 6.5 days (7.3 days for women and 5.3 days for men). The average age of the examined people was estimated at 59.4 years (women 58.4 years and men 60.8 years). The average BMI of patients was obtained at 30.3 kg/m2 (women 30.9 kg/m2 and men 29.3 kg/m2). Out of 130 examined patients, 4 (3.1%) cases died, whose average age was 74 years. Complications of the cardiovascular system were the most common among patients.</span></span></span> <span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">The most clinical symptoms were cough and the least was vomiting.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="tab-stops:55.35pt center 219.65pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Conclusion</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">: </span></span></span><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">As the results of this study showed, diabetic patients who were infected with COVID-19 were exposed to a higher risk of hospitalization and more complications from this disease.
