fa مدل ساختاری کیفیت زندگی در بیماران دیابت نوع دو بر اساس باورهای سلامت و خودکارآمدی با میانجیگری رفتارهای خودمدیریتی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;"><span style="font-family: B Nazanin;">مقدمه و هدف: </span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;"><span style="font-family: B Nazanin;">کیفیت زندگی در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت اهمیت ویژه ای دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی مدل کیفیت زندگی در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 بر اساس باورهای سلامت و کارآمدی با میانجیگری رفتارهای خودمدیریتی می باشد. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;"><span style="font-family: B Nazanin;">مواد و روش ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;"><span style="font-family: B Nazanin;">روش پژوهش همبستگی و برای تحلیل داده ها از&nbsp; معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو مراجعه کننده به کلینیک های دیابت شهرستان آبادان در سال 1398 می باشد. برای انتخاب نمونه ، روش نمونه گیری هدفمند استفاده شد. 254 بیمار مبتلا به دیابت بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی بیماران دیابتی، پرسشنامه باورهای سلامت ، پرسشنامه رفتارهای خودمدیریتی و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت می باشد. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;"><span style="font-family: B Nazanin;">یافته ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;"><span style="font-family: B Nazanin;">نتایج تحلیل مدل اندازه گیری نشان می دهد که ساختار عاملی مقیاس های پژوهش مورد تایید می باشد و نتایج آزمون مدل ساحتاری نشان می دهد که شاخص های برازش در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار دارد. باورهاس سلامت بر کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو اثر مستقیم معنی داری دارد و خودکارآمدی بر کیفیت زندگی اثرات مستقیم و غیر مستقیمی (با میانجیگری رفتارهای خودمدیریتی )دارد. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;"><span style="font-family: B Nazanin;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;"><span style="font-family: B Nazanin;"> یافته ها حاکی از اهمیت نقش باورهای سلامت و خودکارآمدی در کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو می باشد.</span></span><br> &nbsp; <span dir="RTL"></span><strong>Introduction:</strong> Quality of life is of special importance in patients with diabetes. This study aimed to investigate the quality of life model in patients with type II diabetes based on health and efficiency beliefs mediated by self-management behaviors<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Materials and Methods</strong>: This study was conducted based on a correlational design. Moreover, the structural equations were used to analyze the data. The statistical population of this study include<span dir="RTL">ی</span> all patients with type II diabetes referred to diabetes clinics in Abadan in 2018. The samples were selected using a purposeful sampling method, and a total of 254 patients with diabetes were selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data were then collected using the Diabetes Patients Self-Efficacy Questionnaire, Health Beliefs Questionnaire, Self-Management Behaviors Questionnaire, and Quality of Life Questionnaire in Diabetic Patients.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results of the analysis of the measurement confirmed the factor structure of the study scales. In addition, the test results of the structural model showed that the fit indices were in a good condition. Health beliefs also have a direct effect on the quality of life of patients with type II diabetes.
