fa بررسی تاثیر آموزش مبتنی بر فیلم برخودمراقبتی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو برنامه مراقبتی پرستاری دیابت Diabetic nursing care plane پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family: iranyekan;">مقدمه و هدف: دیابت یک بیماری متابولیک بوده که با اختلال در متابولیسم کربوهیدرات ها، چربی ها و پروتئین ها مشخص می شود و شایع ترین نوع آن دیابت نوع 2 می باشد. یکی از مهمترین عوامل&nbsp;کنترل دیابت، وضعیت خود مراقبتی افراد می باشد و اولین گام برای کنترل هر چه بهتر بیماری دیابت بهبود رفتار های خود مراقبتی می باشد لذا آموزش رفتار های خودمراقبتی برای افزایش دانش و مهارت این بیماران امری ضروری به نظر می رسد. یکی از روش های آموزشی برای افزایش خودمراقبتی استفاده از فیلم های آموزشی است. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر آموزش مبتنی بر فیلم بر خودمراقبتی بیماران دیابتی نوع دو انجام شد.<br> مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی بود که بر روی 60 نفر از بیماران دیابتی مراجعه کننده به کلینیک دیابت شهرستان زابل انجام شد. در این مطالعه برای نمونه گیری از روش احتمالی سیستماتیک&nbsp; استفاده شد و جهت جمع آوری داده ها از دو پرسشنامه مشخصات دموگرافیک و خودمراقبتی در بیماران دیابتی استفاده گردید. محتوای آموزشی طی چهار جلسه به افراد گروه مداخله ارائه شد ضمن اینکه گروه کنترل تنها مراقبت های روتین را دریافت نموده و هیچ آموزشی به آن ارائه نمی شد. داده های پژوهش با استفاده ازspss-24 &nbsp;و آزمون های آماری تی زوجی و مستقل، ویلکاکسون و خی دو در سطح معنی داری p<0/05 &nbsp;تجزیه و تحلیل شد.&nbsp;<br> &nbsp;نتایج: بررسی نتایج با استفاده از آزمون تی مستقل نشان داد که&nbsp;نمرات پیش آزمون در گروه مداخله و کنترل به ترتیب(7/29)&nbsp;54/8&nbsp; و (12/17)55/96&nbsp;بود که از نظر آماری تفاوت معناداری نداشت. پس از انجام مداخلات و ارائه آموزش مبتنی بر فیلم نمرات پس آزمون سنجیده شد و میزان آن در دو گروه مداخله و کنترل به ترتیب(11/77) 67/86&nbsp; و(13/40) 57/76&nbsp; گزارش گردید که به لحاظ آماری نشان دهنده یک تفاوت معنا دار بود (P<0/05).<br> نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که اجرای روش های آموزشی مبتنی بر فیلم می تواند رفتار های خودمراقبتی بیماران را بهبود بخشد. لذا به کارگیری این روش توسط مراقبین بهداشتی جهت ارتقا خودمراقبتی بیماران دیابتی می تواند موثر باشد.</span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-family: times new roman;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease characterized by impairments in the metabolism of carbohydrates, lipids, and proteins. Type 2 diabetes is the most common form of diabetes mellitus . The patient&rsquo;s self-care is regarded as the most important factor in metabolic control in diabetic patients. Therefore, the improvement of self-care behaviors is the first step to control type II diabetes. Accordingly, patient education on self-care behavior is necessary to improve the knowledge and skill of these population. Video-based learning is a method to improve self-care behaviors. As a result, the present study aimed to evaluate the effect of video-based learning on self-care behaviors in type II diabetic patients. It is hoped that the results will be used to control this disease.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods</strong>: This semi-experimental study was conducted on 60 diabetic patients referring to the Diabetes Clinic in Zabol. Systematic probable sampling method was performed for sampling and two questionnaires were utilized for collecting demographic and self-control behaviors in diabetic patients. The intervention group received video-based instructions in four sessions while the control group only received routine cares without any instructions. The data were analyzed in SPSS software (Version 24) through paired and independent t-tests, Wilcoxon signed-rank test, and the Chi-square test. In addition, P-value less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> According to the results obtained from the independent t-test, there was no statistically significant difference between the intervention &nbsp;and control groups the pretest scores. However, a significant difference was observed between the &nbsp; &nbsp;in terms of the posttest scores after the intervention and video-based instructions (P<0.05).<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results revealed that the implementation of video-based learning methods can have an effect on the improvement of self-care behaviors among patients.
