<p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه و هدف:</strong> دیابت نوع 2 به همراه عوارض متعدد خود به عنوان یک مشکل عمده­ی بهداشتی به شمار می­آید. تغییرات در رفتار و رژیم غذایی بیماران می­تواند سبب پیشگیری و یا به­ تأخیر انداختن عوارض آن شود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی نظریه رفتار برنامه­ریزی شده در تبیین رفتار غذایی سالم در بین بیماران دیابتیک نوع 2 بود.<span style="margin: 0px;"></span></p>
<p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش­ها:</strong> این مطالعه به­صورت مقطعی در کلینیک دیابت شهر زابل انجام گرفت. 300 بیمار دیابتیک نوع 2 و بدون عوارض بطور تصادفی به­عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه­ی براساس نظریه­ی رفتار برنامه­ریزی شده متغیرهایی از قبیل نگرش، هنجارهای ذهنی، کنترل رفتاری، قصد رعایت رژیم غذایی سالم سبک تغذیه­ای افراد را مورد ارزیابی قرار داد. داده­ها توسط نرم افزار SPSS<span style="margin: 0px;" dir="RTL"></span><span style="margin: 0px;" dir="RTL"></span><span style="margin: 0px;" dir="RTL"></span><span style="margin: 0px;" dir="RTL"></span> نسخه 20 و از طریق تحلیل عاملی آنالیز شدند.</p>
<p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته­ها:</strong> نتایج حاصل از مطالعه نشان داد که نظریه رفتار برنامه­ریزی شده از برازش کافی با داده­ها برخوردار بوده است. سازه­های کنترل رفتاری درک شده، هنجارهای ذهنی و نگرش دارای ارتباط معناداری با قصد رعایت رژیم غذایی سالم بودند.</p>
<p dir="RTL"><strong>بحث و نتیجه­گیری:</strong> نظریه­ی رفتار برنامه­ریزی شده برای بیان قصد و پیرو آن رفتار رعایت رژیم غذایی سالم می­تواند سبب ترغیب بیماران به رعایت رژیم غذایی سالم گردد.<span style="margin: 0px;"></span></p>

<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr;"><b><span new="" style="margin: 0px; color: black; line-height: 115%; font-family:;" times="">Introduction</span></b><span new="" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 115%; font-family:;" times="">: Type II diabetes mellitus is considered a major health problem due to its complications. The complications could be prevented or delayed with alterations in the patients’ behavior and diet. The aim of the <span style="margin: 0px;">current</span> research was to evaluate the theory of planned behavior (TPB) in the prediction of healthy diet behavior among type II diabetic patients. </span></p>
<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr;"><b><span new="" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 115%; font-family:;" times="">Materials and Methods</span></b><span new="" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 115%; font-family:;" times="">: This <span style="margin: 0px;">cross-sectional</span> study was conducted in a Diabetes Clinic in Zabol, Iran. A total number of 300 diabetic patients (type II) with no complication were selected as participants via random sampling technique. A self –administered questionnaire based on TPB <span style="margin: 0px;">was</span> used to evaluate variables, such as patient’s attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, intention to eat a healthy diet, and nutritional style. Data were analyzed using SPSS (version 20) through factor analyze. </span></p>
<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr;"><b><span new="" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 115%; font-family:;" times="">Results</span></b><span new="" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 115%; font-family:;" times="">: The results revealed that the TPB fitted the data obtained from the patients with type II diabetes and within dietary behavior. Perceived behavioral control, subjective norm, attitude and intention to maintain a healthy diet were significantly related to healthy diet behavior. </span></p>
<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr;"><b><span new="" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 115%; font-family:;" times="">Conclusion</span></b><span new="" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 115%; font-family:;" times="">: The TPB is a useful theory in determining the intentions of patients with diabetes and their obedience to a healthy diet.</span></p>
