fa بررسی ارتباط انگ وابسته به دیابت و عزت نفس در نوجوانان دختر مبتلا به دیابت نوع یک در شهر تهران تشخیص پرستاری مرتبط با دیابت Nursing diagnosis related to diabetes پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family: iranyekan;"><strong>مقدمه و هدف</strong>: انگ در بیماری دیابت موجب تحمیل بار اضافی این بیماری و ایجاد مشکلات مرتبط با آن می شود. با توجه به اهمیت انگ در زندگی و تاثیر آن بر رفتار و تعامل اجتماعی بیماران مبتلا به بیماری مزمن، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط انگ وابسته به دیابت &nbsp;و عزت نفس در نوجوانان دختر مبتلا به دیابت نوع یک در شهر تهران انجام شد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش ها&shy;</strong>: در این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی تعداد 110 نوجوان دختر 18-14 ساله مبتلا به دیابت نوع1 مراجعه کننده به انجمن دیابت ایران&nbsp; به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها شامل پرسشنامه اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی، پرسشنامه درک انگ وابسته به دیابت نوع 1 و پرسشنامه عزت نفس روزنبرگ بود. داده ها با آزمون های آماری ANOVA،t-test &nbsp;،Pearson با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 16 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.<br> یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که میانگین نمره درک انگ در افراد مورد مطالعه (41)41/92 و میانگین نمره عزت نفس (9/7)98/22 بود و بین میزان انگ و عزت نفس همبستگی منفی وجود داشت P=0/012, r=-0/754 ).<br> نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج حاصل از مطالعه و سطح نسبتا بالای انگ در نوجوانان مبتلا به دیابت نوع یک، ارائه دهندگان مراقبت های بهداشتی باید در جهت کاهش درک انگ و بهبود عزت نفس بیماران مبتلا به دیابت برنامه ریزی کنند.</span> <span style="font-family: times new roman;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Diabetes stigma puts patients under the pressure and affects their lives. Considering the importance of stigma in the life and its effect on behavior and social interaction of patients with diabetes, the present study was conducted to determine the stigma in female adults with type I diabetes.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods</strong>: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 110 adult girls with type 1 diabetes referred to the Iranian Diabetes Association. The participants were within the age range of 14-18 years, who were selected through convenience sampling technique. The data collection tools included the demographic information questionnaire, stigma perception questionnaire associated with type I diabetes, and <a href="https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=2&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwjs4PS6v57dAhWFWSwKHeRiAsgQFjABegQICRAB&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.wwnorton.com%2Fcollege%2Fpsych%2Fpsychsci%2Fmedia%2Frosenberg.htm&usg=AOvVaw2UW7BR1k1UDbme4_FVGNZr">Rosenberg&rsquo;s Self-Esteem Scale</a>. Data were analyzed by SPSS software (version 22) using one way-ANOVA, independed t-test,&nbsp; and Pearson correlation.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The findings of the study showed that the mean score of stigma perception in the subjects was 92.41(41). The mean score of self-steems in the subjects was 22.98(7.9).
