fa کاربرد روش های طب سنتی در درمان دیابت تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p align="right"><span style="font-weight: bold;">مقدمه:</span> بیماری دیابت از بیماریهای مزمن نسبتاٌ شایع در جهان است که شیوع آن همواره رو به افزایش دارد. درمان آن بر پایه آموزش، رژیم غذایی، ورزش و دارو استوار می باشد.<br> <span style="font-weight: bold;">هدف:</span> در این بازنگری نقش گیاهان دارویی در درمان دیابت، فواید و مضرات آنها در طول دوره درمان ونیز نکاتی که در مصرف این دسته از داروها بایستی مد نظر قرار داد، مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفته است.<br> <span style="font-weight: bold;">شرح موضوع:</span> هم اکنون داروهای متعددی جهت کاهش میزان قند خون بالا ارائه شده است ولی به دلیل عدم بهبودی کامل این بیماری با مصرف داروهای موجود، تمایل به استفاده از درمان های جایگزین و سنتی افزایش یافته است. لذا بکارگیری روشهای طب مکمل بر مبنای درمانهای گیاهی بایستی همواره مورد توجه قرار گیرد.<br> <span style="font-weight: bold;">بحث و نتیجه گیری:</span> تا کنون مطالعات حیوانی و انسانی مختلفی بر روی گیاهان انجام شده و اثرات کاهنده گلوکز خون را نشان داده است. اگرچه برخی از درمان های سنتی در بررسی های علمی نیز آزمون و مورد تأیید واقع شده اند ولی نیاز به مطالعات بیشتر برای اثبات اثربخشی و ایمنی این داروها در انسان وجود دارد. بنابراین، انجام پژوهش های بیشتر برای تعیین مکانیسم عمل، تداخل اثرها، اثربخشی و ایمنی گیاهان دارویی و مواد مؤثره گیاهی مفید در درمان این بیماری ها، ضروری به نظر می رسد و در این صورت استفاده از روش های طبی سنتی و بومی کشور در کنار روش های جدید، یا به تنهایی می تواند مد نظر قرار گیرد .</p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Background:</span><br> Diabetes is a relatively common chronic disease which its prevalence has increased steadily. It can be treated by the aid of training, diet, exercise and medication.<br> <span style="font-weight: bold;">Objectives:</span> In this review, the role of medicinal plants in the treatment of diabetes, benefits and harms that it might have during treatment, and the essential points of these drugs should be considered, has been discussed.<br> <span style="font-weight: bold;">Description:</span> Currently, several drugs have been developed to reduce high blood sugar. But due to lack of complete remission of the disease with existing drugs, willingness to use alternative and traditional treatments has increased. So using alternative medicine based on herbal therapies should be considered.<br> <span style="font-weight: bold;">Conclusion:</span> Animal studies and some human studies have been done on some of these plants and blood glucose reducing effects has been showed. Although some traditional healing tests and modern scientific studies have been confirmed, the need for more studies in humans for medical prescriptions is essential. Therefore, further research to determine the mechanism, interaction effects, efficacy and safety of medicinal plants and herbal active ingredients potentially useful in the treatment of this disease, seems to be necessary.
