fa بررسی بار مراقبتی مراقب اصلی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو مراجعه کننده به کلینیک دیابت شهرستان زابل تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه و هدف: </strong>بیماری دیابت بار روانی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی زیادی را به خانواده و مراقب اصلی بیمار وارد می کند. منظور از مراقب اصلی عضوی از خانواده که بیش از سایر اعضای خانواده درگیر بیماری، درمان و مراقبت از بیمار بوده و کلیه مسئولیت های حمایتی، درمانی و عاطفی بیمار را به عهده دارد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین بار مراقبتی مراقب اصلی بیماران دیابتی نوع دو انجام شده است.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> تحقیق حاضر یک مطالعه ی توصیفی_تحلیلی است که در مورد 70 نفر از مراقبان اصلی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت انجام یافته است<span dir="LTR">.</span>ابزار گرد آوری داده ها دو پرسشنامه بود که پرسشنامه اول اطلاعات دموگرافیک بیمار و مراقب اصلی بیمار و پرسشنامه ی دوم پرسشنامه ی بار مراقبتی <span dir="LTR">zarit</span> را شامل می شد. پرسشنامه ی بار مراقبتی <span dir="LTR">zarit</span> شامل 22 سوال است که هر سوال به طور جداگانه در 5 طیف از مقیاس لیکرت (از هرگز تا&nbsp; همیشه )&nbsp; با دامنه نمرات بین صفر تا 88&nbsp; نمره گذاری شد است. جهت تجزیه تحلیل داده ها&nbsp; از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی ونرم افزار <span dir="LTR">spss 16 </span>&nbsp;استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: یافته ها نشان دادند میانگین سن مراقبان اصلی بیماران 06/12&plusmn;67/46 سال بود.مراقب اصلی اکثر بیماران (0/70 درصد) همسر آنان بود از بین مراقبان 40 درصد آنان خود مبتلا به بیماری مزمن بودند. کمترین نمره ی بار مراقبتی 6 و بیشترین نمره 77 با میانگین91/11&plusmn; 85/38 بود که نشان دهنده بار مراقبتی متوسط بود.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> یافته های این پژوهش نشان دهنده تحمل بار مراقبتی متوسط مراقبان می باشد که این امر میتواند بر کیفیت زندگی بیماران موثر باشد لذا پیشنهاد می شود برنامه های مناسب جهت حمایت مراقبین و همچنین کاهش بار مراقبتی مراقبان اصلی بیماران در نظر گرفته شود.</p> <p><strong>Introduction</strong>: Psychological burden of diabetes, social and economical families and caregivers imports. The primary caregiver for a family member over other family members involved in the disease, treatment and supportive care of patients and of all the responsibilities, ill health and emotional act. This study aimed to determine the burden of caring caregivers of patients with type II diabetes.</p> <p><strong>Methodology</strong>: This was a analytic descriptive study, about 70 caregivers of patients with type II diabetes instrument for gathering data were two questionnaires consisted of demographic information data for both patient and caregivers and the second questionnaire was care burden zarit included. The questionnaire contains 22 questions that each question separately&nbsp; mesured&nbsp; the whole 5-point Likert scale (from never to always) with grades ranging between 0 and 88 . To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used and software spss 16.</p> <p><strong>Results</strong>: Results showed that the average age of caregivers were 46/76&plusmn;12/06&nbsp; years. caregivers of&nbsp; most of patients (70% ) were the wife of their caregivers 28% of them were suffering from chronic diseases. The lowest score of the burden of caring 6 and the highest score of 77 with an average of 38/58 &plusmn; 11/91 85/38 respectively, Represents a moderate burden of care.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion</strong>: The findings of this study represents the burden of care of Caregivers was moderat that can affect quality of life.
