<p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه و هدف</strong>: استرس یعنوان عامل خطر مهم شدت نشانه­های دیابت را در بیماران تشدید می­کند. علاوه براین، ناگویی هیجانی دارای پتانسیلی برای افزایش نشانه­های دیابت می­باشد. از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر تاثیر رفتار درمانی دیالکتیکی به شیوه گروهی بر علائم ناگویی هیجانی، استرس و علایم دیابت در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو را بررسی می­کند.</p>
<p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش ها</strong>: این پژوهش یک تحقیق آزمایشی به روش پیش آزمون و پس آزمون بود.30 آزمودنی­ از کلینیک غدد بیمارستان امام­خمینی شهر تهران انتخاب شدند و بصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی و گروه کنترل جایگزین شدند. رفتار درمانی دیالکتیکی در 8 جلسه (نود دقیقه، یک بار در هفته) اجرا شد و پس از آن پس آزمون اجرا گردید. ابزار پژوهش مقیاس پرسشنامه­های ناگویی هیجانی تورنتو (باگبی،1986)، فشار روانی مارکهام (مارکهام، 1992) و آزمایش قند خون بود. برای تحلیل داده­های بدست آمده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس استفاده شد.</p>
<p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته ها</strong>: نتایج تحلیل واریانس نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری بین دو گروه در ناگویی هیجانی (01/0=<em><span dir="LTR">p</span></em>، 05/16=<span dir="LTR">F</span>) فشار روانی (01/0=<em><span dir="LTR">p</span></em>، 09/30=<span dir="LTR">F</span>) و نشانه­های دیابت (04/0=<em><span dir="LTR">p</span></em>، 47/4=<span dir="LTR">F</span>) در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل در نمرات پیش آزمون وجود دارد(05/0><em><span dir="LTR">p</span></em>).</p>
<p><strong><span dir="RTL">بحث و نتیجه گیری</span></strong><span dir="RTL">: نتایج نشان داد که میتوان رفتار درمانی دیالکتیکی رابه عنوان مداخله درمانی موثر برای کاهش ناگویی هیجانی ، استرس و نشانه­های بیماری در بیماران دیابتی در نظر گرفته شود.</span></p>
<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr;"><font size="3"><font color="#000000"><b><span new="" style="font-family: " times="">Introduction</span></b><span new="" style="font-family: " times="">: </span><span mso-bidi-language:="" new="" style="font-family: " times="">Alexithymia and stress, as a critical risk factor, can intensify the symptoms of diabetes patients. Therefore, in this study we aimed to investigate the effectiveness of dialectical behavioral therapy in alexithymia, perceived stress, and diabetes symptoms among patients with type 2 diabetes.</span></font></font></p>
<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr;"><font size="3"><font color="#000000"><b><span new="" style="font-family: " times="">Methodology</span></b><span new="" style="font-family: " times="">: </span><span mso-bidi-language:="" new="" style="font-family: " times="">This quasi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest design was performed on<span dir="RTL"> </span>30 subjects referred to Endocrinology clinic of Imam Khomeini Hospital, Tehran, Iran. The patients were randomly assigned to control and experimental groups. Dialectical behavioral therapy was conducted for the experimental group during eight sessions (90 minutes, once a week) followed by post-test. The data collection tools were Toronto Assessment Scale (Bagby, 1986) and Markham Mental Pressure Inventory (Markham, 1992). Statistical analysis was performed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) test.</span></font></font></p>
<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr;"><font size="3"><font color="#000000"><b><span new="" style="font-family: " times="">Results</span></b><span new="" style="font-family: " times="">: </span><span mso-bidi-language:="" new="" style="font-family: " times="">In pre-test scores, ANOVA test showed a significant difference between the two groups in terms of alexithymia (F=16.05, P=0.01), perceived stress (F=30.09, P=0.01), and diabetes symptoms (F=4.47, P=0.04). </span></font></font></p>
<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr;"><font size="3"><font color="#000000"><b><span new="" style="font-family: " times="">Conclusion</span></b><span new="" style="font-family: " times="">:</span><span mso-bidi-language:="" new="" style="font-family: " times=""> The results indicated that dialectical behavioral therapy can be considered as an effective therapeutic intervention for diminishing alexithymia, perceived stress, and diabetes symptoms among diabetic patients.</span></font></font></p>
